开启通知状态
    Configure OpenNMS -> Notification Status:

配置发送通知的事件
    Configure OpenNMS -> Configure Notifications -> Configure Event Notifications

配置通知策略
    Configure OpenNMS -> Configure Notifications -> Configure Destination Paths

邮件通知策略配置
配置文件：etc/javamail-configuration.properties
