Windows 2008 Granular Password policy is not applying to the groups.

I have created the PSO as per the documentation. After that I applied the ssettings to Groups of users under various OU's. But when the user changes the password, the policy options like coplex password and minimum password length etc is not applied.

我向管理层建议我们可以使用此政策，但不幸的是没有任何效果.

I suggested to the managment that we could using this policy but unfortunately not taking any effect.
