i have a form A , once a new item is created a person will receive a notification VIA workflow telling him that an item is created for him and he must access to form B to fill out some information related to the item created , now the form B contains a field named "Project" and i want the value of this field to be automaticaly transfered from form A

Hi Droussi- yes, a couple ways. You could either grab the value from list A and store it in a variable. Then set the value in list B from that variable.
