使用Visual Studio Team Services请求代码审查时出错

We recently migrated to VSTS for our codebase and are having issues using the request code review feature in Visual Studio.

错误是： 无法保存工作项0：Microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.Client.BatchSaveFailedException：TF401319：已审核字段的规则评估失败。

The error is: Could not save work item 0: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.Client.BatchSaveFailedException: TF401319: Rule evaluation failed for field Reviewed By.
