I'm trying to install Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2015. When running the installer, I eventually get an error stating the installation was canceled by the user.

I've attempted to run the installer as an administrator, I've moved the installer file to the root of the C: drive as that resolved the issue for another user on the forums. I've also ran the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30135. The repair tool said it fixed a couple of things, I then attempted to run the installer again with the repair tool still open as instructed, still no dice. The repair tool was not able to resolve the error.

I don't see an option to attach a file so I'll copy the log from my latest attempt at installing the SQL Server Data Tools. Thanks in advance to anybody who can provide me with assistance. I appreciate it.
