.NET 4.0中的应用程序不能在IIS6中运行

We have developed an ASP.NET application with Framework .NET 4.0.
We host this application in IIS 6.
We have two servers - Application & Development.
All is fine in Development environment.
But when we try running the application on the Application server, the website does not respond back. On the internet explorer status bar, we indefinately just get "Website found waiting for reply....".
What should I look at?
