Hi, We are using PS 2007.

When the user clicks on "My timesheet" and creates one, we get the tasks displayed along with the administrative time. in that view, can we include the task level fields defined and specific to our organization.

We could do that in "My tasks" as it was a view and the field could be edited through Manage views.

have you tried setting the task level custom field value to roll down values to the assignment level, this should ideally allow you to get the field in the timehseet as well, however i believe this started working only after some patch, so would suggest you verify that as well
