I am new to Azure and I have an application that I published in Visual Studio 2017. The application (ASP.NET C#) connects fine to the Azure SQL database while in Visual Studio and I can connect to the database with Microsoft SQL Server Manager. I figure it's something with my web.config file but I am not really sure since it works in VS.
