Ajax控制工具套件不适用于我

案例:1
当我打开Visual Studio 2008时，创建一个新网站，并拖放工具包脚本，使用Ajax工具包中的编辑器控件.....它工作正常，当我运行该网站时，该编辑器控件成功出现

但是

案例:2
当我打开Visual Studio 2008时，打开一个存在的网站[未创建新网站]，然后拖放工具包脚本，即来自Ajax工具包的编辑器控件，它没有出现[该网站运行无误，但编辑器控件没有没出现]

注意:CASE:2中的网站是使用Visual Studio 2005创建的，但现在我使用Visual Studio 2008来运行它.

所以，我该如何解决这个问题

CASE : 1
when i open visual studio 2008 , create a new website , and drag&drop toolkit script , Editor control from Ajax toolkit ,.....it working fine , when i run the website ,the Editor control appeared successfully

BUT

CASE :2
when i open visual studio 2008 ,open an exist website [not create a new web site ], and drag&drop toolkit script, Editor control from Ajax toolkit ,it didn''t appeared [website run without errors but the editor control didn''t appeared]

note : the website in CASE:2 created using visual studio 2005 but now i run it using visual studio 2008

So , how can i solve this problem
