I need help for my project, I saw this; visit this: http://www.freado.com/read/10145/multiplication-games-level-one[^] and i want this layout for my project, how can i c0de this in vb.net 2008. is this possible? can anyone give me a sample code for this but instead of clicking next/previous button what i want is by click and drag to see next page.

The first thing to note is that that is not a "traditional" website - it is flash based. I know because I run FlashBlock and initially see nothing but the "Do you want to run this?" icon.
So, if you want to duplicate that kind of layout for your application, you are probably going to need to learn Flash, SilverLight or HTLM5 I suspect.
