when i right click on the Web Application Project (Asp.net WAP Project) we dont find the option Modify STS , or we dont find the claims aware project template for the Web Application Projects

I think they are only available when you use the "New Web Site" option in Visual Studio - and then select one of the claims-aware templates such as Claims-Aware ASP.NET website.
