我想要创建一个应用程序（winforms），用户可以在其他地方进行任何更新，插入，删除，就像使用Web更新一样。可能吗？我尝试学习asp.net，但是因为我学习基于Windows的应用程序，所以它太复杂了。数据库将放置在连接到互联网的*（建筑物）上。我可以这样做吗？如果有，有人可以告诉我如何做到这一点？

I want to ask for possibility of this:-

I want to create an application (winforms) which user can do any updating,inserting,deleting on others place, just like using web updating. Is it possible? I try to learn asp.net but it's too complicated since I learn windows based application. The database will be place on the central(building) connecting to internet. Can I do this? If yes, can someone show me link how to do this?
